I asked for it in writing via text with price. I would confirm to hire them. There was a slight mix up on getting the written estimate/ hiring them. However, they came out promptly the next morning and removed three of the stumps and messaged me they were done. I was very impressed how they handled the miscommunication as well as their work and that is why I would do business with them again. The customer service was excellent. He agreed to match the other vendor price and came back out to finish the job to my satisfaction. They removed the stumps in the fourth area that was omitted. I paid them the price they quoted me vs the lower price because of their service. They seen very knowledgeable of their work from Trent trimming, stump removals, planting, etc, cleaned up the area and made sure it met the expectations before leaving the job. The price was fair. My dad’s house had significant mold and dirt in high to reach areas which was no problem for James and his team and equipment. They paid careful attention to the painted decks, doors, windows and electrical sockets. The driveway at my dads house had significant Mold and mildew. My fathers driveway was very dirty and had 20 years of mold and dirt.
