I asked for it in writing via text with price. I would confirm to hire them. There was a slight mix up on getting the written estimate/ hiring them. However, they came out promptly the next morning and removed three of the stumps and messaged me they were done. I was very impressed how they handled the miscommunication as well as their work and that is why I would do business with them again. The customer service was excellent. My dad’s house had significant mold and dirt in high to reach areas which was no problem for James and his team and equipment. My fathers driveway was very dirty and had 20 years of mold and dirt.
