"Just want to praise a driveway contractor others might benefit from. Upon recommendation from a trusted friend, we hired Sudlow Concrete for our driveway project. I was impressed with their professional process from A to Z. Our project included a fancy herringbone brick apron, plus herringbone striping. Both their concrete and masonry teams are skilled craftsman – artists really – and it was fun watching the project unfold – the demo, the pour, the precision timing of dumpster arrival (3 in fact), of cement mixer arrival (also 3), the smoothing, bordering, and the meticulous brick cutting and placement – each one straight as an arrow. My wife and I are extremely pleased with final product – we’re told it will last for decades. We highly recommend the Sudlow Concrete team. Owners are Bill Sudlow and Aaron Marcinowski. "I gave the Driveway Co. (DWC) 1 star because they did pour the driveway turnaround. However THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP THEIR MESS AFTERWARDS!!!! The portable cement turner left horrid marks in my driveway - they vowed to come back and pressure wash it but never did! The worst thing is ARGO who they sub-contracted the cement from accidentally poured a 4 X 4 foot round of cement right on the ground missing the cement turner! The DWC said they would follow up and get ARGO to clean it up. I've been trying with texts an emails since 11/22 and they just ignore me! I sent Andrew a couple of emails directly with no reply! I RESENT the DWC leaving me with promises that they obviously had no intention of following up on. I gave them plenty of time to do the cleanup. I tried reaching out to the DWC for 5 months now to no end!!! If I'm made to clean the cement up myself by the county, I will sue the DWC for reimbursement! I do have the evidence. It's not right and it's not fair!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I would never have used them had I known what I was in store for. Cracks were left open, and the stain was not pulled up evenly, which left some rooms very light, and others much darker. There was overspray on the walls, and when they pulled up the trim during prep they tore the paint from the walls. I recouped some of our money, and he agreed to do our garage. Again, he did not deliver what he promised. He was very much hurried, almost in a panic to finish quickly. I'd never hire them again."

"They did a superb job and did it very quickly. Its been two years now but still we don't have any problems. They were friendly, prompt and did exactly what I asked them to do. Did an excellent and wonderful job. They were trustworthy and did not make any claims that they can't follow up on. Pricing was reasonable for the assign work. They added few details and stuff that can inprove the quality. They had to accomodate the low spot and build a step area which is very helpful."

"Well I contacted Rob about a house I was looking to buy and renovate. He met with me, was super nice, took down everything I wanted to do, etc. I then paid him $150 for a proposal. That’s where the problems started. Although he set the deadline himself, I kept hearing ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ when I would ask for an update. Finally got it back. It was a pretty vague list of things and rough prices attached (ex. just “floors - $X” - not “hardwood in middle bedroom,” “tile in the kitchen,” and so on) and a shoddy drawing of a layout with hardly any detail and certainly not drawn to scale. Maybe my expectations were off there. But I want a little more than that before I go take out a loan and hire you to do a $100K job, amirite? But whatever, whatever - put that aside. It comes down to when I’m going to have to make a decision, need to get him approved by my bank... POOF. GONE. Radio silence. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer texts. Won’t answer emails. I said he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take this on, etc. Just nothing. Strange way to run a business. Especially when the job you want people to hire you for is usually time sensitive and requires excellent communication. Honestly, I hope he’s okay and if I hear otherwise, I’ll consider removing this. But without more information, I wanted to give an honest review and give folks a heads up that this could happen again."
