"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"I hired this contractor through Thumbtack specifically to repair a pool leak. He told me the leak was inside the pool, even though another licensed pool company had already confirmed the issue was at the pump and outside the pool. I relied on his assessment and agreed to an $8,000 repair and pebble upgrade with the understanding the pool would be repaired. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
