"Conscientious and reliable. Terry identified sloppy features of the prior install, which had been causing other problems, and proactively fixed them in the new install. He also performed the sweaty task of replacing the ductwork for the downstairs unit, ductwork that is crammed into the houseâ s tight crawl space. BIG thanks for this lastâ Terry is 100% honest. After paying him via Zelle (which is not protected by banks the way a check would be,), we accidentally directed another payment to him. It was supposed to go to our tiling person. Terry reversed the funds back to us the same day!"
