Jason was very responsive throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions prior to signing the contact and throughout the entire process. I ended up having finished approximately 1650 sq ft of finished space which included a living room w/fireplace, bar, full bathroom, bedroom, game room and gym. I would highly recommend this company."

"I gotta tell ya, Roger is the man! He recently had his crew did some work on my back porch, installing screens, plexiglass, and a door, and boy, did he knock it out of the park! The screens weren't his, and neither was the door - he got 'em from a different company. But Roger and his men? They didn't bat an eye. They took those pieces and made 'em fit like they were made for my porch. Now, my porch has several imperfections, and the frames were not even. But that didn't stop Roger. He worked around all those bumps and chips, fitting in the screens and plexiglass like a pro. Not a gap in sight when he was done! And let's talk about communication. Roger kept me in the loop the whole time. No fancy jargon or anything, just straight talk about what he was doing and how he was doing it. Made the whole thing feel like a breeze. Now, I know what you're thinking - this must've cost a fortune, right? Wrong! Roger's prices were super reasonable. I mean, considering the top-notch job he did, I would've expected to pay a lot more. So, if you're looking for a contractor, give Roger a call. He's a straight-shooter, a hard worker, and he'll get the job done right without breaking the bank. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!"

"Wow!! Awesome job! They did a clean up of my front and backyards. A large portion was wooded with years of leaves. They cleaned out the leaves & dead trees and thinned out the smaller trees and brush. They also cleaned out and treated the weeds, sticker bushes and poison ivy. The yard and woods look amazing!!! "My wife and I have been homeowners for over 30 years, owning three houses in three cities. For the past 20+ years we have been homeowners in metro Atlanta. We have hired a number of contractors in our day. Professional Home Improvement (PHI) is far and away the best company we have ever worked with. We have (enthusiastically!) shared our experience and recommended PHI to our friends and neighbors. We were motivated to write this review and share our experience more broadly because we remember how much time and effort we invested in finding a company to handle some or (as it has turned out) all of our home remodeling project. The three essentials: (1) Effective communication throughout planning and execution. Dennis & Jean listen—with deep attention and comprehension. They have a calling to improve the lives of others by improving the functionality and beauty of the homes they wake up to and live in every day. Their respect for, attention to, and comprehension of our functional needs and aesthetic preferences have been profound. And this has persisted throughout planning and execution; they have initiated more contacts with us than we have with them—to inform us about what’s next, coordinate the activities of tradesmen with our lives, and ask more detailed questions about choices of equipment, supplies, etc., as each phase proceeds. (2) Expert, hard-working, trustworthy tradesmen and connections to suppliers. This is something that is absolutely essential to the experience of undergoing a remodel. Can you trust the expert skills of the tradesmen your contractor assembles and whose activities they coordinate? Are you comfortable with their presence in your home? Do they consistently deliver value while onsite? We have shared our home with the tradesmen enlisted by Dennis & Jean for several months, throughout phases 1, 2, and 3. We look forward to their arrival in our home, admire their skill, hard work, and dedication to doing things right, and are completely comfortable with having them in our home. Dennis & Jean also have longstanding relationships with many sources and suppliers, greatly streamlining the process of finding and selecting the right paint, flooring, equipment, etc. (3) Reasonable prices yielding exceptional value, with careful and thorough accounting. Dennis & Jean are sensitive to price and value, exacting in presenting options and prices, and careful and thorough in their accounting. In sum, an A+ for Dennis & Jean and the entire PHI team/network!"
