There was prep work (cut back hedges in front of windows) I needed done before Andrew could start so by the time I contacted him he was booked. However, he promised to contact me if there was a cancellation. As promised, he contacted a few days to offer to get started. He showed up on time, did excellent work and also helped me troubleshoot a small plumbing issue I was having as well. When it was time to pay, Andrew mentioned that he was taking money OFF of the bill because he finished ahead of schedule.... I have never had that happen!!! Lol!
