Mr. Mearis meticulous attention to details ensured adherence to his workplan and the most efficient and perfectly executed assembly and Installation Service we've had in 9 different states from Maine to California. The equipment was positioned and set up exactly the way we requested. Mr. Mearis reviewed the features and operation of each piece of equipment. He then took the time to monitor our initial operation of the equipment. After our aforementioned test drive, Mr Mearis gave us the User Guides, equipment manuals, the manufacturer warranty documents and his guarantee regarding his services. Mr. Mearis also did the best job we've ever seen in the housekeeping area by diligently cleaning up every trace of work related materials and debris from the work. David cleaned out the gutters, put gutter guards on the section that needed them, and repitched 2 sections of gutters. What I most appreciated was that he recommended what we actually needed versus gutter guards on the whole house- only one area has ever had a problem. I also appreciated that he gave us several options of gutter guard to choose from and recommended a specific one for our situation (pine needles). The quote was completely reasonable, and the work was expertly done. I plan to ask for a quote on another job as well. I would 100% recommend David and Rapid Reliable Repair- thank you so much! "
