 + -1 moreTHE CONTRACTOR, IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEFFICIENT. SHE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. SUB-CONTRACTORS WERE AVERAGE, IN GENERAL (IF THEY SHOWED UP). THERE SEEMS TO BE A TREND WITH THIS COMPANY WITH NOT FINISHING THE JOB ONCE STARTED. I AM NOT SURE THAT THE GOAL IS TO FINISH THE BASEMENT, BUT TO STRING THINGS ALONG AND HOPE THE CLIENT GIVES UP AND MOVES ON. THE DESIGN AND PROPOSAL WERE VERY GOOD, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWFUL. IN ALL, A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT UNFORTUNATELY A NUMBER OF OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH THE SAME COMPANY.
Description of Work: CONTRACTED TO FINISH A 1700 SQ. FT. BASEMENT. WORK WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN EIGHT WEEKS. FIVE AND ONE-HALF MONTHS LATER, JOB NOT COMPLETE. FOR THE LAST SIX WEEKS, PRIOR TO FIRING THE CONTRACTOR, SHE DID NOT SHOW UP AT OUR HOUSE. SHE DID NOT CALL. MULTIPLE TIMES, SUB-CONTRACTORS WERE TO SHOW UP AND DID NOT. NO WORK WAS DONE FOR THE LAST SIX WEEKS. THERE WAS WORK DONE, BUT VERY SPORADICALLY. IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT THERE ARE MULTIPLE CLIENTS WHO HAVE RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS CONTRACTOR. THE CONTRACTOR WAS VERY INEFFICIENT, UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
