He is very proactive in communicating about updates and calls me to clarify what I would want on different things like electrical, paint colors, lighting, etc. He also came to my rescue and was able to have his team rebuild a deck for me that had failed inspection with my previous worker. "Company did a great job on the floor, had them come back do back splash Have some issues with quality there have broken tile I have to fix that they left installed and grouted obvious issues hiding but electrical plates will not cover 3 locations Now repairs will be more difficult than if they would have fixed immediately Can't leave as is very noticable upset they did that with previous job being so good...."
