Les Brinson and his team are simply phenomenal. I hired him twice to remodel a small bathroom and a kitchen/dining room/mudroom/laundry room. He did not disappoint! His work is stellar. He pays attention to detail, listens well, and offers his expert advice. He really wants to make his customers happy. Midway through both remodels, I wanted to make some changes. He was very accommodating and ensured the end product was what I wanted. He transformed our home from a 1980's dark stain and tile to a modern airy space. His time management skills are superb. His team worked steadily until the jobs were completed to not only my satisfaction, but to his as well. Les communicated well and always responded timely to texts and phone calls. I would most definitely hire him again for future jobs as it's hard to find all that he represents...great quality work, great communication and honesty.

Les did an exceptional fixing up our master bathroom, we are so pleased with how it turned out. I wish I could post pics!! It was a bit more work than just tile but not too much for Les so don't let the company name be deceiving because I was honestly shocked what all he could do! He is very talented. Les was always very punctual and finished the project as promised! He was very polite, professional and communicated with us throughout the entire project. I have a very difficult time having a vision for this kind of stuff but Les was very patient and would show me! I highly recommend Brinson Custom Tile (Les Brinson)! His pricing was extremely fair and his work is outstanding.

Les helped us find a fix to a shower issue that had caused damage prior to our remodel. He devised a solution that would eliminate it happening again then offered to pass on his discounts to us on tile and plumbing products since we were on a budget. With the savings we added some extra features to be completed and loved the finished product so much we are planning the next bathroom remodel too. His crew was respectful and trustworthy as there were many times no one was home and they worked on the project to make sure it was completed on the time line we needed to adhere to. Les and his team are the best!! They designed the tile shower install and made it a piece of artwork!!! They are hard-working, polite and appreciate the character of Les. They do what they say and I did not have to wonder if the job would get done. I am hiring them soon to do my other two showers!!

Company did a great job on the floor, had them come back do back splash Have some issues with quality there have broken tile I have to fix that they left installed and grouted obvious issues hiding but electrical plates will not cover 3 locations Now repairs will be more difficult than if they would have fixed immediately Can't leave as is very noticable upset they did that with previous job being so good....
