Mr. Lumpkin and crew were extremely courteous in explaining the process while working on the project, so I understood everything. A very respectful crew, that didn't mind if you asked questions or just wanted to chat with them. Crew worked at a great pace to accomplish the job at hand. "Joseph was really good keeping me updated throughout the project. He was helpful and answered all my questions. His crew were all polite and hard working. It was obvious that they all knew what they were doing. They placed plywood sheets on my lawn to minimize the damage caused by the machinery and equipment that they used. There was very little damage to the lawns. Finally they cleaned up all the mess after the work was completed. I can honestly say that I would recommend them and the work they do."

"This company is completely unprofessional. My husband and I chose them cause they were the cheaper option and found out the hard way that’s not always the best choice. When they came by for our scheduled date they left without ever talking to me to explain anything for after care. I have weeds sprouting up and they never came back for their construction cones. We have a 5 year warranty and when I called them up to discuss these issues on 3 different occasions I was told someone would come out and that never happened. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and I strongly urge no one to go there. My husband and I will definitely need the job re-done in the next couple of years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM!"
