He told me that the floor, when finished, would look better than new. I found that hard to believe, but it does indeed look better than it did when it was first installed. I'll never ever go anywhere else for hardwood floor work

Totally different in every respect. Dennis told me that he always worked like he was installing the flooring in his own home. I respect that attitude and wish everyone had it, then we wouldn't need an Angie's List! The final cherry on this experience came as the guys were cleaning up. Julie came over with a bag of goodies which contained a generous supply of products to maintain our brand new floors. She went over the maintnence with my wife and I. The whole experience was one of friends helping friends, not just a business transaction. I was most positively impressed by the professionalism of the entire team and would most highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs. If we need more flooring, it will most definitely come from Suttle's!!

The only thing I didn't like was having to stay away from the house for 3 nights but that wasn't Suttles fault, the floors couldn't be walked on because of having to dry completely. Over all they were always on time and did exactly what they said they would do.
- Lumber Liquidators IncThe price was unbeatable for what we got. We went to several other stores and none were able to compete, LL even knocked 70 cents/sq ft off the particular style we wanted. The only down side was the 30 day return limit and restocking fees. I would recommend purchasing less than you need if possible as we had almost $400 in excess flooring
- SUTTLES HARDWOOD FLOORSThey were extremely accommodating as there were some health issues that they had to work around(on our end). The floors look brand new and are so much easier to keep up with.

AWT consistently communicated with me and kept me informed from quote to completion, and their price was very reasonable. The recommendation from Craig made the patio look so much better than what I had in mind. Prior to contacting AWT, I received an initial quote from a competitor that was $3470 more, and when I told them that was ridiculous, they immediately modified it, but it was still $1460 more. There is a small issue with the screen not fully closing, I contacted AWT and they told m they would have Angel to stop by to take a look at it. I highly recommend this company!

"Sample was perfect. Inspected delivery and it looked fine, too. It wasn't until after the flooring was installed by a local installer that we realized every board was slightly cupped. You can only see it when the light comes across the flooring, but we put a straight edge on it, and sure enough, slight cupping. Fortunately, this is solid wood and when it eventually gets sanded down for re-finishing years from now, it'll be smooth. But if I'd known the boards were cupped, I would have passed. Probably why they were such a good deal.
