"Plain and simple, go with Rick and 1st Rate Construction. As a homeowner, I HAVE struggled to find companies where the person that quotes the work, is the person that does the work. Rick is the owner-operator of his company and will be your point of contact/work the job. He removed lead paint windows and soffit/fascia for me, and some asbestos ductwork. All great work. Thanks Rick !"

"Quick response to my request for testing. Staff was very professional and friendly."

"Rich gave a very fair estimate and was always on time and communicated with me in great detail what was completed and what more he was going to do until the job was completed. He went up and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly."

"The service Ace provided and great! The customer service I really appreciated because they were friendly and professional. I had tons of items to be removed and they quickly took care of my request. I'll be using them again for sure."

"We had to do some testing after a flood in our bathroom. Glenn talked me through the entire process/was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease. Our test came back negative thankfully. I would recommend everyone use TRG. They are informative, fast to respond, and more affordable compared to other similar companies in the area I called."

"Management is very knowledgeable and kept in touch the whole time. Area was very clean once they finished the job. It was a great experience even though it was an asbestos removal job."

"They were amazing company. In and out they were extremely fast. They were excellent and on time."

"In working with a new company it is my nature to be very cautious and even skeptical concerning trusting the work. Even after being recommended by a close family member; I still was concerned about the percentage rate they were asking for, in the contract they presented. I must say however; after seeing their professionalism, work ethic, documentation, and the detailed reports they provided to establish and ultimately win my case; I was not only pleased but I'm convinced enough to say, I would use them again and recommend them to both other home owners and to friends."

"Carlos was responsive, scheduled the work in a timely manner, and treated my house like a masterpiece. Very professional and reasonable priced."

"No more water issues! New driveway and repairs in the basement have kept the water out."
