It has very simple access. I paid for the materials. I'm sure they didn't need all the materials and then, I got this other fee and I wasn't notified of it. The guy named Lance was pretty responsive. He communicated pretty well up until the moment of not telling me ahead of time of an extra charge. That, I don't like yet. But I have to research myself. I would say that was not good. They did good on quality. The way the bill came was not professional."
