Free estimates. There is a deposit required when client agrees to estimate. Jobs can be paid as work is completed or paid in full prior to or upon completion. Number of employees that are brought on sight will vary depending on size of job. RWT Construction can handle all aspects of building, repair, or remodel of your home. Any skills that are not within my scope will be sub-contracted out to dependable contractors. There will not be a separate bill for sub-contracted services, all services will be included in initial estimate. Please be aware that with many jobs there are unexpected expenses that may arise but will always be discussed with client prior to adding an expense.
