His team and himself repaired a late 1970's stone wood burning chimney that had acquired leaks due to old grout around the exposed stone. They grounded out the old grout around the stone and replaced with new waterproofing grout, pressure washed the stones and then sealed the exposed exterior. I also had them make and add a custom-made chimney cap that I designed and it is exactly what I wanted and just tops off the look of the chimney. "Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me.
