Though all was to moved, workers detached and moved a shelf that was on a wall they needed to work on. Also, I had been told that steps they had to move would not be replaced, but they were kind enough to put some part of them back so that I can get into the basement before they are replaced permanently. Options were explained for preventing water from entering a door that had a sunken area outside. Any questions I had were willingly answered. It was a pleasant experience."

We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"
