"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

They were the quickest to reach out to me after the Angi search connect me to companies and they provided an easy hassle free quote over the phone with just a photo and rough measurements. Their quote was far better than the average price. By average I mean their quote was about in the middle or lower of what you should pay for concrete, everyone else seems to be quote on the top end or higher than what you should be paying. Their quality of work was also top notch! I contacted them late week and asked if they could be here Monday and they were here right on time Monday morning. They brought in professional heavy duty equipment to level the yard and prep the space, ordered the truck and the whole project down and cleaned up by that same afternoon. Even better, they did not destroy any of my yard, even with the heavy duty excavator in my back yard or having to roll concrete all the way back there. The rest of my yard looks the same as before they came! The concrete patio was an extension to an existing piece but 4 times bigger and they match the slop and finish perfectly. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion.
