Merchant was very combative when confronted about unfinished work. Merchant blamed vehicle for obvious flaws in workmanship. Merchant tacked on unsubstantiated fees. Merchant charged 50% more than quoted for a major replacement part."

If you’re doing regular cleaning—like vacuuming and mopping—once every two weeks, then call in a professional floor cleaner about twice per year to complete a deep clean. A deep clean service includes cleaning the grout between tiles, removing stains from carpets, and addressing water spots or other discoloration on wood floors. You may want to consider getting your floors professionally cleaned more often if you have children or pets that leave messes. In those cases, once per quarter or even more frequently is probably a better option.

You can regularly clean your Marmoleum® flooring by sweeping, vacuuming, and damp mopping with a neutral cleaner. Avoid using highly abrasive materials or high-pH cleaners to prevent cracking, warping, or discoloration, and never wet mop, as heavy water exposure can damage the floors. You can also use a multi-purpose commercial cleaner, but make sure to follow the directions for safety.

Clean your vinyl plank floors at least one to two times per week with a broom, vacuum, or microfiber mop. You can save the mopping and disinfecting for your deeper cleans about two to three times a month. Keep in mind that if you find sticky spots, spills, or stains, it's best to take care of them ASAP.
