"They were really quick to estimate and take the job, but really slow in getting the job done. I still have not gotten the safety handrail that was included in the price. Maybe if I was having the entire bathroom redone it would have been a better experience. It seemed that they were doing me a favor just installing a tub. I still owe a balance of $284.00 I told them I would gladly pay when the handrail is installed. Once again, the polite phone callback saying *we will take care of it.*"

"Resurfaced a shower. It looks fantastic! Company could do a better job with communication. We moved everything from the shower, but didn't know that the coating would go everywhere in our bathroom. Door knobs now have a film on them as well as other surfaces in the bathroom. I would have taken everything out of the bathroom had I known. The service man did not communicate what would be happening, such as going through our bedroom to open a window to put a large exhaust pipe out the window. I am not upset, but communication could have been much better."

"I originally called John Wright Construction and Remodeling to do a major remodel of my laundry room. John also owns Advanced Plumbing Services, so I am splitting this review between the two companies, since they were both onsite. As far as the plumbing work, they relocated all of the water, drain and vent lines to new location in laundry room. While they were here I also had them install a new dishwasher. All work went very well with no issues at all."
