"Very well. I was skeptical at first but Mr Miller put me at ease by sending his information and was very transparent. He said he would be at the location at a specific time, and was. Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."

hello! we are a young 23 year old couple and we have recently started our own house cleaning business. We have a lot of experience since my girlfriends mom has been cleaning houses for the past 15 years and she has helped her since she was younger. I have also been helping them for the past 2-3 years. We are hoping to get some more clients and be successful! We are also willing to do different tasks, just ask!

Warranties offered

"Mr. Middleton was very professional from the time he came to diagnose the problem having to get with the company to honor the warranty for the furnace to having to wait several weeks for the parts to arrive until he came out to do the work. He kept me up on the status of the wait time for the part to arrive. I would like to still receive the service on my A/C units. At the time I chose Air Pro Heating and Air, I didn't realize they had just started their business. (I went out to the sites of all 3 businesses submitted to me by Home Advisor and learned the other two had been around for some time.) The only reason I didn't get too nervous was because Mr. Middleton had been so professional and so knowledgeable. I thought to myself, "why not give a new business the opportunity to get started?" I'm just surprised that a business is allowing customers trying to get in touch with them to have to deal with not even being able to leave messages. I have family members who allow their "mailboxes to be full" because they don't want to be bothered. Surely, a business "wants to be bothered." Especially a new business. So, I guess I just want them to keep their word on the servicing my A/C units. However, should I have problems with my new furnace that was just installed (March 2021); who am I supposed to call when no one is answering their phones. The answer to number 22 below will have to be No. No, because I wouldn't be able to tell anyone how to contact them since they are not answering any phones."

Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

If your home has an existing forced-air heat system, you can add a central air conditioner to it. An HVAC technician can retrofit your forced-air heating system by installing an evaporator coil onto the furnace plenum, the box next to the furnace that draws in air. Once installed, the air conditioning coils use the furnace’s blower to circulate the air.

No, it's not safe to keep using your unit when it's frozen. Not only can running a frozen unit lead to damage, but it can also potentially overheat, making it a fire hazard. Therefore, it's always best to turn off the AC unit as soon as you notice any ice.

Florida rooms can have heat or air conditioning, although not all do. These rooms can be added to the existing HVAC system or use a mini-split system, or they may just use a ceiling fan or the breeze from the windows for cooling. Florida rooms with air conditioning often have glass windows to keep the cool inside instead of just mesh screens.

Air conditioners and dehumidifiers are actually quite similar, though they perform different jobs. Dehumidifiers reduce moisture in the air, while air conditioners work to cool the home. A good central AC unit will naturally perform a certain level of dehumidification due to its design, but it will not be able to handle excessive levels of moisture.

The general rule of thumb for figuring out how much AC tonnage you need in your home is that for every 500 to 600 square feet of space you need to cool, you’ll need one ton of AC cooling power. So, a 1,000-square-foot home will need 2 tons of AC power.
