"Luke called immediately after request to schedule. Timing worked out perfectly - the next 2 days. He arrived on time, painted 2 separate stairways with very high walls on day 1 and then day 2 painted our living room very high ceilings. Overall, could not have had a better experience. Will definitely hire again and highly recommend."

"H&S Enterprises came in and installed my 65" Led tv over my fireplace and done a professional job. NO WIRES!! we're shown after the installation. I have already scheduled for them to come back out to mount another tv to come on my patio. I would recommend them to my friend and family."

"We needed someone to clean the home we had just purchased prior to our moving in.  Spotless Cleaning did a "move-in" or deep clean and they did an excellent job.  I think there were two crews in our home for a few hours which resulted in a very thorough cleaning (bathrooms were impeccable, outside and inside all appliances, on top of cabinets, door frames, baseboards, windows..etc)!  Stephanie was great to work with and the staff was very professional in our home.  I can't say enough good things about the staff or this company...they will even clean your home for free once a month for four months if you are a Cancer victim/survivor!"

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

There are many signs of a bad AC fan motor, including if the fan blades don’t spin when the AC kicks on or if they keep spinning when the AC is off. The AC fan cools down the condenser coil, so a faulty motor can also cause the system to overheat. Unusual noises in the exterior AC unit, including grinding or rattling sounds, may also be a sign that the AC fan motor is worn out.

Depending on the thickness of the carpet, it can take anywhere from 4 to 12 hours for carpet to dry with a fan. The humidity and temperature of the room also play a role in drying time, as added moisture in the air can result in longer drying time.

The direction you want your ceiling fan to move in depends on the season you’re in. During summer, you want it to move counterclockwise to produce a cooling downdraft. During winter, you want it to move clockwise to circulate warm air throughout the room.

The lifespan of an attic fan depends on the type. Passive fans can last 40 to 50 years, while electric and solar models typically last 10 to 15 years. You can extend the life of your fan with regular maintenance, such as cleaning the fan blades and shutters and checking for moisture. For professional service, you can consult a local attic fan installer or have an HVAC technician clean, oil, and inspect the unit for potential issues.

To convert a ceiling fan to wireless, you’ll need to install a canopy module to access the lighting and fan controls. Many options are available, all of which help you control specific elements of your ceiling fan, so you have plenty of choices depending on your needs.
