"Our H VAC system died out on our family on a Sunday and Corbitt Air had a new system installed by the following Wednesday, very quick service. We did have some issues with a faulty thermostat, however this company moved Heaven and Earth to make it right. These guys will fight though any adversity to make sure their customers get a First rate project. People/Customers wont find a company that will go the extra distance like this outfit. "Mr. Middleton was very professional from the time he came to diagnose the problem having to get with the company to honor the warranty for the furnace to having to wait several weeks for the parts to arrive until he came out to do the work. He kept me up on the status of the wait time for the part to arrive. I would like to still receive the service on my A/C units. At the time I chose Air Pro Heating and Air, I didn't realize they had just started their business. (I went out to the sites of all 3 businesses submitted to me by Home Advisor and learned the other two had been around for some time.) The only reason I didn't get too nervous was because Mr. Middleton had been so professional and so knowledgeable. I thought to myself, "why not give a new business the opportunity to get started?" I'm just surprised that a business is allowing customers trying to get in touch with them to have to deal with not even being able to leave messages. I have family members who allow their "mailboxes to be full" because they don't want to be bothered. Surely, a business "wants to be bothered." Especially a new business. So, I guess I just want them to keep their word on the servicing my A/C units. However, should I have problems with my new furnace that was just installed (March 2021); who am I supposed to call when no one is answering their phones. The answer to number 22 below will have to be No. No, because I wouldn't be able to tell anyone how to contact them since they are not answering any phones."

"Great guy, great personality for the job, but there was no real work to be done. I thought he fixed my AC unit, but the same thing eneded up happening the next day. My AC stop blowing out air on one side of my huse, So I turned my fan down as far as it would go to cool of my house using the other vents that did work, because that's what he told me to do the day before when he came out. He went out side to check my unit and said he had to recharge it and told me the people who placed it set it up wrong. When my boyfriend came home, he checked under my house right next to the AC unit and saw that one of the lines had pop off and air was blowing under my house and reconnected it, and air started blowing back into my home cooling it down. It was as simple as that, and the contractor could of done the same thing. He charged me a couple hundred dollars for a hour of work that could of took him a few minutes to figure out what the real problem was. I would not recommend this guy to come out to your home."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
