"Chrissy and her crew go over and above to make it as easy as possible for the homeowner. They are like family through the process of Estate Sales. I could not have ever received the best customer service from anyone else. I really loved the way they handled my things with kid gloves. They get five for compassion and caring for my needs."

Hi! I’m Jaylen Over the past few years, I’ve done a lot of independent work from professional childcare to fast-paced personal services that completely relied on top-tier time management and an attention to details. Because of that, I am very efficient, walking into a cluttered room and transforming it into a comfortable functional space. I don’t just do a quick surface wipe-down; I catch the small things that usually get missed, and I treat every home with total respect. Beyond just getting the job done right the first time, I bring a warm character and an easygoing, positive energy to my work.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I used them all the time. They were very good cleaning company. The joy of cleaning was very good and I was overwhelmed by their service. They were all the way down. They did stuff I didn't expect them to do."

"Mr. Grant answered the phone call immediately when I placed a first time order and then again when I added a room to my order for my cleaning date. He arrived on time and did an extremely thorough cleaning job for all my rooms and in a timely manner. The cost was fair and he did an overall excellent job. I would most definitely use Right Touch Floor Service again!"
