"Absolutely useless for mold inspection and remediation. I should have seen the red flags when the mold "inspector" (Mike) from Reynolds told us "if you had a mold problem, I'd be able to see it as soon as I walked in." Anyone who knows anything about toxic mold knows it can grow behind drywall, in vents, under flooring, etc. I told him it was growing in our vents/air ducts and he never even opened one to look at it or take samples. He did have me text him a photo, but no sampling was done. They came the following week to "clean" the vents and when I returned home they were still absolutely COVERED in black mold. It appeared all they did was vacuum the dust inside, but they didn't do anything about the mold... which is what they were called to treat. I ended up having to order a mold test from another company and it came back with MILLIONS of spores left AFTER Reynolds supposedly cleaned it. This wasn't something where they could have accidentally left some behind that was invisible to the eye... it was THICK BLACK VISIBLE MOLD that i was able to reach in with gloves and pull out in chunks. I reported the mold to my landlord again and Reynolds came out to "inspect" again. I informed him of the vents and he had no intention of even looking inside of them. He hadn't brought a screwdriver or ladder or anything to inspect them. Honestly I don't know how this company feels okay taking customers' money knowing they do next to nothing. The "inspector" didn't even open the vents he was hired to check out and the "cleaners" did nothing except vacuum. We ended up having them cleaned again by a company called Abba, which actually did a great job. If you're considering Reynolds I would immediately go with a different company. If this site will allow me to upload photos I'll attach pics of how my vents looked after Reynolds. They were completely black."
