Terrible! No communication.. hard to get anyone to talk to you.. wait weeks and hear nothing, you have to call them. Sloppy work and now we have to fix some damaged things. Wish I never called

Flood Pros removed all water and moisture from damaging structure and walls. Removed carpet and pads and saved my carpet.

The flooding occurred at night. A friend recommended Flood Pro and I called them. They arrived within two hours and went straight to work. The water was drained and they were done for the night. They came the following day to dry out the carpet cut and replace the damaged drywalls and commenced dehumidifying. Three days down the road and my basement was fully restored. They were very reasonable in their pricing. I would highly recommend them.

But the best benefit of choosing Flood Pros is that they worked directly with our insurance company. We just had to make the initial claim and Flood Pros did everything else. The work was performed during the months of July and December 2018, it was paid for through an insurance claim, and the workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. The restoration company extracted water, remediated mold and mildew and restored damaged property.

This company has done an amazing job correcting the issues at the International Academy of Smyrna. The multipurpose room was destroyed by water, and they extracted, remediated, and rebuilt it beautifully.
