Once he did finally text he was RUDE & INSULTING and I eventually had to BLOCK him to stop the insults & hate he was sending. It was AWFUL. I have screenshots. I will ABSOLUTELY remember this when I talk to friends & family a out the New HVAC System we bought once we finally found someone willing to work! Your dude was more interested in insulting me that taking a job. Your company will never get a nice word from us. Never."
