I can’t say enough good things about Ledlows Service! My AC was leaking freon, and they came out quickly to help. The technician was kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly—he took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me peace of mind. Wonderful customer service at Ledlow's Heating & Air Cond, I worked with them over a month ago to replace my AC Unit and they did a fantastic job! Very quick, pricing was fair, and hard working. In no time I had my new unit installed, very nice experience working with Ledlow's Heating & Air Cond.

Mr. Ledlow arrived on time just as he promised and quickly repaired my A/C. The external breaker was burned. He had a breaker on hand and replaced the breaker without delay. He also cleaned and serviced the A/C at my request. Did an excellent job overall. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Ledlow to my friends and relatives.

Very prompt and punctual. Had my A/C running within about 30 minutes, price was fair and answered all my questions. Even checked the outdoor compressor unit. I’m very satisfied and would recommend to anyone as well as hire them again if needed.

He called ahead to be sure we would be there. He showed up and went right to work. He identified the problems quickly and corrected them. He also performed some additional (and neglected) maintenance and cleanup.

Having used another well-regarded company for years to keep my aging unit going, I was shocked by the estimate they gave me to replace it ($20,000). I got Bruce Ledlow's name from Angie's list, and also found out that Ledlow installs Goodman heat pumps which is what I wanted. Bruce installed my Goodman, insulated the attic, and was a pleasure to do business with. He also worked on Labor Day.

My husband has multiple medical issues that prevented him from finishing replacing a blower motor in our air conditioning unit. Mr. Ludlow took the situation and handled it professionally , not questioning "What my husband knew and did " as a problem. The blower motor was not the usual blower motor but was a variable speed motor. He and his son did what was needed . The air conditioning is working GREAT. Don't call the rest...Call the BEST

The were very professional and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I needed a compressor. The price was excellent. He gave me $20.00 off when I told him I got his name from Angie's list.

Came, diagnosed the problem and got it running very quickly. Fixed the problem and got the AC running again. Told me what the charge was and ran my card. After looking over the bill, I notice he charged me $113.00 for a $13.00 part. The service charge and drain cleaning fee I understand, but to completely rip a customer off for a VERY cheap part is dishonest.

We have used Mr. Ledlow's services in the past as well. In a different house, he completely installed Central heat and air in a home which had previously only used window units. He and his crew worked, literally, from morning until night to make sure it was done and done properly! Three years later, my son (who currently lives there) is still happy with that job. In the meantime, he has come out twice to do minor repairs on our current home's central unit. When it finally gave up for good, we knew who to call! Ledlow's will always be on speed dial for ANY heating & air work we ever need!!

Great. The air conditioner was making loud strange noises. Called on a Friday and received the service call the same day. Very reasonable in price. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

The project required much more work than originally expected. The crew than was here put in a 11 hr day in an attempt to finish but ended up having to come back for several more hours of work the following day until the project was completed. They worked until it was completed. The workers were pleasant and courteous, they were conscientious about coming in and out of the house putting down cardboard where they walking. cleaned up when they were finished. Despite the additional work they kept to the original quoted price.

Arrived on time, completed work. Very professional and spent extra time trying to get Nest thermostat working correctly.
