They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

When staining a deck, don’t skip surface prep, avoid staining damp or dirty boards, and don’t apply stain in extreme heat, cold, or wet conditions. You should wait three to six months after you buy it to paint pressure-treated wood. It needs time to dry from the chemicals applied to it. The paint will not adhere to the treated wood as well if it’s still wet from chemicals. To test the wooden boards, drip water onto them. If the wood absorbs the water, it’s ready for painting. If the water beads up, it’s not dry enough to paint yet. You can build your deck or fence while the treated wood is still wet, but you’ll need to paint it later.

To make sure the paint won’t bubble as you apply it, make sure to paint on a day that’s cooler than 85 degrees Fahrenheit. When the temperature is too high, the paint won’t dry evenly, which can result in bubbles forming on the surface. Another way to prevent paint from bubbling is to clean the walls, apply primer, and let everything dry completely before you begin.

Depending on factors such as weather, use, substrate condition, and type of paint used, pool deck paint should last anywhere from 1 to 5 years. Keeping the paint clean and resealing every year or two can help extend the life of the paint. Proper preparation before painting also plays a large role in how long the paint lasts on a pool deck. Paint will likely not last as long on a pool deck in poor condition before painting.
