(We were told by another "professional" installer that this was not possible.) Jerry had ALL the necessary tools for the job...subfloor preparation, installation, & cleanup. "They were really quick to estimate and take the job, but really slow in getting the job done. I still have not gotten the safety handrail that was included in the price. Maybe if I was having the entire bathroom redone it would have been a better experience. It seemed that they were doing me a favor just installing a tub. I still owe a balance of $284.00 I told them I would gladly pay when the handrail is installed. Once again, the polite phone callback saying *we will take care of it.*"
