MMP picked up items exactly when they said they would, they delivered when they said they would (a little early). The delivery was perfect. The team was friendly, respectful and efficient. USA FAMILY MOVINGUsa Family Moving proved to me that they are a good, honest, reliable and hardworking moving company. They quoted me very low but provided me an excellent moving service. I was overwhelmed with the way the movers packed my furniture and placed them in their huge truck. None of my belongings were damaged. They were very careful with every single item, especially the ones made of glass. All my valuables arrived safely right on time. Movers Direct LLCWe had a great experience with Movers Direct. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and were up front that we would likely need two trucks given the size of our house. They called in advance of the move to confirm the date & time, showed up as scheduled, did a great (and fast) job with packing, and getting us unloaded. The team leader, Danny, did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process. The price was a flat fee that we agreed upon up front. i would definitely recommend Movers Direct & use them again.- BT W.

USA FAMILY MOVINGUsa Family Moving managed to pack everything in to one truck even though there was a more than they had expected. They wrapped everything nicely so there were no breakages or damage, including a huge amount of kitchen equipment. When they arrived they got right to work and protected all my furniture before loading it on the truck. I would not recommend Joy's Movers for the following reasons: The company 1) did not value its employees and put them in hazardous working conditions, 2) did not acknowledge its own scheduling mistakes, and 3) refused to make things right. My 77-year-old mother was moving from one senior apartment complex to another one about 25 miles away. She advised Maria that she had a piano, china cabinet, adjustable bed and two full bedrooms. Maria recommended a two-person team (for safety reasons there should have been 3 people because of the piano). They started at 8:30am and by 1pm, it was clear that they needed additional help. They were heard several times requesting extra help. Maria scheduled them for a second job that day that they were unable to fulfill. Loading the truck and unloading at the new apartment complex took a whopping 14 hours! The guys did what they were supposed to do. They asked for help and did not receive it. If Maria had properly scheduled a 3-person team, it would not have taken as long. She was unwilling to make any concessions and charged my mother for 14 hours. It was her mistake. We specifically asked for a reduction in the number of hours she was charged. On top of paying the exorbitant fee, my mother still tipped the team because it was the right thing to do.

These guys are simply the very best! Great attitude 150% customer service. They worked hard and fast for almost 12 hours making a very difficult move work as seamlessly as possible. The price/value cannot be beaten. Amazingly the shrink wrap almost every item so your furniture arrives with no real possibility of having been scratched and damaged. It just does not happen. Highly recommended you cannot go wrong!
