"I love my front and pack patios, but there?s a lot of stuff I would like done differently. They were poured in the height of the season and it took a while to get everything done. They ran out of concrete on the first day and it took over a week to be able to get more. To finish, they cut grooves all across the existing concrete and then filled it in, but left the grooves. There are still screws in my sidewalk from where they bolted down the frame supports, they didn?t put the downspouts back on in the front, and they said someone would come out to pressure wash it and that never happened. There are clumps of concrete splatter everywhere on the patios, and a huge dollop of concrete in my grass. All of the workers were very polite and nice. They worked hard and did a good job, butI just wished it had been ?finished ? better."
