"Very clean, polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. Arrived right on time and completed job (replace two (2) split heat pump systems) in one day. Quoted several different systems and customized install to our request. Complete clean-up after job was complete. Have already recommended to others and will continue to do so. Happy to support local small business and appreciate their good work."

"Charles and his team quickly came out to give us a quote, and got started working right away. They were quick and did a great job dry walling, taping and sanding our upstairs renovation. Charles was great at communicating the process, and was able to answer all of our questions. We contacted other companies that would not "service our area" because of the address, so we appreciated Charles lack of judgement on where we lived. They were great to work with, and we would highly recommend them!"

"The installation process was overall good. There were a few hiccups throughout the day which made the install last longer than it normally would, but the install crew stayed positive and worked as quickly as possible to get the AC back up and running with the new system."

"The experience was excellent. The man who came out was named Skip Lewis and he knew what he was talking about. He explained exactly what they were going to do. They came when they said they were going to. Afterwords he came back and answered any questions we had and explained how they had done things and what had been done."

"The project went very well. Total smooth sailing! The only recommendation I would make is ensure that the cabinet subcontractor is detailed with his work and communicates specific deadlines. He was the only one out of the whole team that put the project behind but Mike managed it very well and stayed on top of it. Mike is fantastic with service, details and coming through on all his commitments. He is honest and truly wants to make his clients happy. We are happily using Mike and his team again for some projects in the near future including rebuilding our deck, painting the house and hopefully doing some remodeling in our basement.

Nest Installation FAQs, answered by experts

No, you shouldn’t have to worry about bats in your yard as long as they don’t make their way inside your house. Typically, bats hang around backyards in order to consume bugs, especially if they’re located in the U.S. Bats that are native to North America can consume more than 500 bugs per hour, so they may actually benefit your yard if mosquitoes are prevalent.

While the term “gnat” is often used as a blanket term for tiny flying insects like fungus gnats and fruit flies, they are different insects. The primary distinctions are in their appearance, diet, and habitat. Fungus gnats are typically darker (gray or black) with long legs and are attracted to damp soil and decaying plant matter, often living in houseplants. In contrast, fruit flies are lighter in color (tan) with shorter legs and are drawn to overripe fruit, high-fructose organic substances, and other sweet materials.

Yes, sleeping in your house after receiving a pest control application should be no issue, but the best course of action is to wait for the treatment to dry completely. The drying process takes a few hours. Some treatments, such as fumigation, may require a longer drying time, so be sure to ask the technician what drying time you can expect.

While the spotted lanternfly’s favorite place to stay is the trees and plants they gorge on, they can occasionally congregate in large numbers on buildings and other structures. This may be for height, warmth, or other unknown reasons. However, rest assured that the insects do not do any structural damage to the buildings, and will likely move on within a few weeks or perish with the colder weather.

Yes, honey bees can sting, but they typically only do it when they feel their hive is threatened. When honey bees are away from their hive, they’re focused on foraging for pollen and nectar, making them unlikely to sting. Only female honey bees, called workers, have stingers, and they will die if they need to use them. Generally, if left undisturbed, honey bees will leave you alone.
