"Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. We do subcontract, but that has never caused an issue or concern for us and we warranty and guarantee all work that we have done/or will do. Our prices are ALWAYS competitive with the going market. We are not out to get your money or take advantage of the homeowner due to the economy, but are out to do a quality job for a competitive price. We do not require or ask for any money upfront. We wait until you and/or Jake or Tracy walk the job and are completely satisfied.
"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

I worked with customer service for 2 days to customize my garage so it will attach to my house,after waiting 2 months for it to be delivered and set up they showed up just to have to head guy refuse to put it up against my house like it was designed to do he would only put it 3 feet away which made it unlevel so he refused to set it up because of that.I called customer service to complain and after trying for 20 mins to get her to understand that the jurk was refusing to put it next to my house as it was designed to do she offered me a petty $250 offer to keep it and set it up myself . Rude people that have no clue what they are doing or they meaning of customer service. Don't even buy a dog house from these people"
