"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I was not originally contacted by the provider as stated in the e-mail I received from Angies List, so I had to call them to schedule an appointment. When I did call them, I was told that they never received my information from Angies List and that this had been happening to him quite often and other providers who were using Angies List that he spoke with. Once I contacted him we had no issues with setting up a day and time. The original time was set for 9:00 AM but he called and said he was delayed at another job due to an emergency and would be about an hour late. He showed up within that hour and the job was completed with no problems. The cleaning took less than a half hour and the carpet looked great. They even picked up the couch in the living room and cleaned under it before putting back down on foam squares to protect the carpet from the couch metal legs. They did a great job and were very friendly. "

"Backyard custom construction LLC. Is awesome. Not only did they kill everyone's prices around Atlanta to build the same building but they are extremely efficient. Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
