"One seat of my recliner would not recline. They replaced the cord from the motor to the switch on the chair. It works fine now. They were knowledgeable, polite, clean and efficient. I am so glad they answered the request"

"The crew was very nice, painting quality and handling of my furniture was very good, but repair of sheetrock tape was less than satisfactory. They did not replace all of the tape that was part of the project and included in the quote. I also asked for a quote on replacing one window and they seemed very interested in the job, but never called back with a quote."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Liquid chlorine is better for shock treatments or instances where you need to raise your chlorine levels quickly. Tablets are better for regular maintenance. Tablets take more time to dissolve but require less effort. You don’t need to measure out volume, and you can set them in a floater and let that do the work.

Common problems include liner tears, pump malfunctions, and algae buildup. Regular maintenance prevents many issues.

You can have an automatic pool cover with a saltwater pool, but it’s important to know that the small levels of salt in your pool can eventually corrode the metal parts of the pool cover. This means you’ll have to keep your unit clean, especially the reels, pulleys, and tracks. As with any other pool cover, test your chlorine levels weekly and keep them on the lower end of the threshold.

Off-season pool-building prices often align with the time of year you're least likely to use a pool. Many contractors offer deals in the late fall and winter to bolster the slow time of year. However, if you live in an area with freezing winters, you'll need to wait beyond the final frost and threats of extreme weather.

If your pool takes longer than one or two days to fill, you might be dealing with low water pressure. Using a water pressure gauge on your outdoor tap, you can check your water pressure. A reading of 40 psi or below is considered low. A leak, a nearby water shutoff, or several other reasons could cause this.

If the water pressure isn’t a problem, you could have a low flow rate from clogs, corroded pipes, or other plumbing issues. It’s best to call in a local plumber to get to the root of the issue.
