"One seat of my recliner would not recline. They replaced the cord from the motor to the switch on the chair. It works fine now. They were knowledgeable, polite, clean and efficient. I am so glad they answered the request"

"The crew was very nice, painting quality and handling of my furniture was very good, but repair of sheetrock tape was less than satisfactory. They did not replace all of the tape that was part of the project and included in the quote. I also asked for a quote on replacing one window and they seemed very interested in the job, but never called back with a quote."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Size is the main difference between a pool and a spool. Spools are typically about half the size of an average pool, so they’re ideal for yards without the space for a full-sized pool. Spools are also easier to heat, so they tend to be a higher temperature than pools and can be adjusted to get as hot as a spa when it’s time for a relaxing soak. Spools also contain jets and blowers, while most pools do not.

You can turn your aboveground chlorinated pool into a saltwater pool. The cost of a saltwater pool conversion is between $750 and $2,000, depending on your pool’s size. A saltwater pool offers benefits like less maintenance and water that is gentler on your skin. You’ll need to replace the salt every five years, but you won’t need to clean your pool as frequently.

You can usually use the water from your tap to refill your pool, whether it's city water or well water. If you're going to use well water to fill your pool, make sure you have an adequate amount of water available and that the water is free of contaminants. A water delivery service may also be able to bring water to refill your pool.

Permits are generally required to build an in-ground swimming pool. These permits cover aspects like zoning, safety fencing, and electrical work. Obtaining the correct permits involves coordination with local building authorities.

Depending on where you live and the demand for pools and spools, a spool may increase your property value and make your home more appealing to potential buyers. It’s worth looking at installation, maintenance, insurance, and safety costs to see if the increase in value is worth the cost of installing a spool.
