"Greg installed a new metal roof for me in Donalsonville, GA. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. He was prompt with an estimate and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Also, he sent pictures during and after the installation. You can't go wrong hiring Southern Signature Solutions. I will be definitely be calling him again for future jobs."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpha Omega Siding for some siding repairs, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism shone through. The team completed the repairs in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the process? every question I had was answered promptly, keeping me in the loop and easing any concerns I had. The pricing was fair and transparent, which is always a relief when undertaking home repairs. I would absolutely recommend Alpha Omega Siding to anyone in need of siding services, and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you, Alpha Omega Siding, for a job well done!"

"Problems from the get go over paint. They wanted to upcharge for more expensive paint. The painters claimed that the color I chose did not come in Duracraft, only the Superpaint. I called Sherwin Williams and they told me otherwise. Painters were a bit messy. When they were just about finished, they surprised me with a reminder that my price was changing because they had to do two coats. I never saw them do two coats. They told me they did it real quick with the sprayer. I always thought two coats meant first coat dries, then second coat. Apparently not. It was an instant two coats. I did not pay for the second coat after a small argument between the head painter, the manager in the office, and myself. I also was not left with any extra of that paint color, and the painters were very half fast from that point on. They wouldn't even do one little spot of trim for me that didn't look right. Told me it would be extra. They left large paint scrapings from my deck all over the yard. Also, the expected language barrier didn't help either. Their is also a special on their website that states you get a free pressure wash of the driveway with a complete exterior paint. That never happened, my driveway was too big for them."

"He replaced all of the siding on our house , replaced old entry doors with new wider doors . He did some interior electrical work and drywall repairs and painting . He is honest and very reliable and knowledgeable about the work he does. He was responsible and efficient he did a lot of things in a short amount of time. Will hire him for any other projects that come up."

"It went well there was an issue with the painters and the quality of the carpentry which they came back and fixed. The deck now looks awesome."

"Good work, cleanup could have been better, much better. Did not meet contract obligations as far as cleanup. Salesman did not provide realistic time frame. Took 1 1/2 day longer than he said. Secretary called me one morning and asked me to be at house that afternoon to put up dogs because they were going to start the roof, so I took vacation time. She called about 2:30 and said they wouldn't make it till the next morning. The crew appeared at 7am the next morning and finished by noon. Did not clean up the red tab tar paper nails, and new roofing nails but did pretty good on old nails. We cleaned up about 3-4 dozen nails after they left. Team did half-hearted with magnetic nail pickup. Same thing happened after siding and window team showed up. Both small metal nails, staples and other trash. Again, we picked up nails because we did not want our dogs to get nails in paws. Salesman offered to send crew back the next day but it was too late. Still finding nails two months later; particularly after rain. They messed up the bill and ended giving me about 400+ off so I guess it worked out. contrary to contract, did want final payment prior to work being finished. Did not get it. Regardless of the hassles, they did great work. The workers were polite although they left too many cigarette butts; again, contrary to contract. Still waiting for them to pickup pallet in side yard from materials drop off. It sounds bad but they really did a great job and even prior to cleanup discount, had the best price and I think best materials. We are really happy with the windows. I would recommend them but would stress holding them to the contract."

"Steve and his team were top-notch. They were very professional, showed up on time, and finished the project on schedule. This project was started by another company who walked away with funds to complete project . Steve had to remove all siding that had been done by previous contractor and do the whole house.. They did a fantastic job. We are getting great comments from our neighbors. Any time we need someone to do a home project, Steve will be the first person called. They did a A plus job."
