"Signature Floor Care - Romeo Wilson - did a wonderful job on our upholstery cleaning and additional small rug cleaning as well. He was prompt, kind, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I'd ask Romeo Wilson to return without hesitation."
This marble was cover in wax, so we had to strip it before we could polish it.
Here we have the finishing touch. If you look at the reflection now you are able to see a actual tree in the image.

"I had Two Fresh Air Quality come out to clean my air ducts and vents, and it was a great experience. I found them through Angie’s List and TikTok after learning that duct cleaning is something homeowners should be doing regularly. I got the full package, including duct and vent cleaning, UV purification, and dryer vent cleaning. Ibrahim and his team were fantastic. They explained the whole process, took before and after photos and video of each area, and showed me the difference firsthand. They also let me know this should be done every two years, so I’ll be keeping up with it as part of my regular home maintenance. I can already feel much better airflow through my vents. I highly recommend Two Fresh Air Quality, and especially Ibrahim and his team, to anyone looking to improve their home’s air quality."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

To prep for metal roof painting, have a roof inspection conducted to determine the condition. Complete any repairs required before you paint. Remove the old paint on your metal roof, if any, remove rust and mold with a wire brush, and power wash the surface. Once the roof is clean and dry, start with a primer get painting.

While it’s not completely necessary for them to operate properly, as the occasional rainfall can rinse away dirt and debris, manually cleaning solar panels from time to time can keep them operating more efficiently.

Dirt, debris, pollen, and bird droppings can collect on the surface of the panels. Depending on the amount of solar panels you have, this can add up over time, so set a regular maintenance schedule. Moreover, if you live in a climate with little to no rainfall, more debris can accumulate, causing inefficiencies that would be clear in your electricity bill.

Tile roofs, including clay, concrete, and slate, are considered low-maintenance materials that require fewer repairs and less care than many other roofing options.

  • Clay tiles require minimal maintenance. They stand up well to the elements and UV radiation, repel water, and do not easily stain, discolor, or fade in direct sunlight. Clay tiles do not need sealing. Maintenance is typically only required to replace cracked tiles, which can be caused by foot traffic, extreme weather, or fallen tree limbs.

  • Concrete tiles are also low-maintenance but require more upkeep than clay. They need to be sealed every few years to maintain water resistance, and their color tends to fade more quickly than clay.

Aside from these material-specific needs, general maintenance for tile roofs includes annual inspections, routine gutter cleaning, and addressing repairs as they arise. A well-maintained tile roof can provide 50 to 100 years or more of protection for your home.

The best way to clean a roof without damaging it is to opt for soft washing, or better yet, leave it to a professional roof cleaner. Soft washing involves a biodegradable cleaning solution being sprayed on the roof and gently rinsed away after it dissolves built-up residue on your shingles.

You could void your roof warranty using a power washer if you have a newer roof. With an older roof, you could knock loose older shingles. On the other hand, some people safely use a pressure washer to remove moss from a metal roof. Although you may want to use a pressure washer, the truth is that you probably don’t need it to knock moss loose. A garden hose and brush will do the job just fine and in a safer manner than a pressure washer.
