Like when repairing the door, they wouldn't do it properly. I was told that I need to go to Home depot to buy things needed to get the job done, but that was not original agreement. Additionally, I requested invoices for materials purchased, but never receive them. I then in request for invoice showing the breakdown of all the works completed, and it took over a month for it to reach or be sent to me. The invoice ended up being incorrect, and appeared that they overcharged me. I brought that up to their attention and requested for a refund. They attempted to hide the refunded amount on the invoice as a way of hiding that to me. Then, took over one month for me to receive the correct refund after countless phone calls just to get in touch with them. Overall, I would not recommend nor use J&R Enterprise LLC again due to the circumstances."
