The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

He offered to go to his supplier to secure a new pump and return to install it the same day which saved me some money and eliminated redundant work.He returned with a top of the line Liberty and completed the installation the same day which I appreciated.
