We haggled about getting it cleaned AGAIN, she won, and we called Robbie. He is the "Sherlock Holmes" of carpets. He came out with a black light, read every spill he could find like he was reading a history book, and came back the next day. He cleaned, sanitized, and improved the job so much over what the last guy did that we have at least 2-3 years left before we need to replace it! The difference is incredible.
