However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. The workmanship of the installation was Excellent.  Danny arrived on time and completed in the time period (less than 1 day) during the one of the coldest days of the year.  The system works great and I could not be more pleased.
