UltraClean did way more than go above and beyond, I had left lots of bags and trash behind as my husband has been sick which left me to have to do most everything by myself and it was pretty difficult but Danielle at UltraClean was extremely pleasant about the whole situation and the house looked amazing!!! Owner always willing to help, and my lady Kayley feels more like family that cleans my house than an employee. She is perfect. Always cleans perfectly, if I ask to make sure of something....she doesn’t forget and it stays part of the routine. I love that it’s a flat rate so you know what to expect and if you need to add a room/thing to clean it can be a la carte or added weekly/no-weekly. And pricing is comparable to others...it’s the service and response that is well above the rest. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this company, it’s owner, and it’s staff! Heavenly Scent CleaningElizabeth did the most fantastic job ever. She saved me from buying new living room furniture that I swore would be trash after sitting for storage for years and previous dog usage from renters. She took one square inch at a time and since it was so bad she took an extra day on it and finished by hand. Seeing how methodical she is impressed me so. If there is a better service out there, they lie!! They are the best in the business. Most professional and felt like friends upon meeting. Thanks Elizabeth for the awesome job.- James N.

Handy House CleaningNot well at all. They used an all in one cleaner/polish; unfortunately, it didn't polish my floors and they did not sweep or use the dust mop well, if at all. After introducing them to my polish, dirt was mixed in with the polish, leaving a gritty looking surface. Also, polish was dropped on the top of my wood table in the den, leaving a lump on my table that I cannot remove. The entire furniture was not polished as request in all area of the home. To top everything off, they were late for the appointment. Being late should have been a sign for me to cancel the service. They were nice and worked fast. I just threw money away; I want 50% of my money back.- pa b.

Someone contacted me and quoted a prie of $131. I told her I had to check with my daughter and son-in-law on date to schedule since they made the purchase. I just live with them. She promised to call back next morning at 9:30. My daughter stayed home to take the call and get it scheduled. SHE NEVER CALL BACK!!!!
