"First off, we had several quotes and designs that we got along with Artisan. We had a new build house that wasnt finished, but had a model. Beverly was the only one that would come out to the model to get us a design and pricing. Beverly was so creative with the design and listened to our needs when she came up with the best design for us. We went to the showroom to see where everything is made and met the owner, which was just another reason we went with Artisan. The owner was very nice and came out to say hello to us, the morning we were there and thanked us for our business. We had closed the deal a few months before installation, but this last week was installation day. We were told that the installers would wear booties and would need access to the garage and would clean up their mess, etc.... How many times have we heard that, "we'lll clean up"...
