"Mark and his team were one of the most professional company s I have every worked with. They came in early and would clean up and give me my time in the afternoons. I had a few soft spots in my sub floor and we had know idea what he was going to get into once they started but he kept me up on everything and fixed the floor issues and I couldn t be more satisfied. "Mandy and her crew were very thorough the first visit. Three women came this time, but only two the remaining times. They cleaned and scrubbed everything from top to bottom, even cleaned the portable fan. Very impressed with their attention to detail and positive attitudes. I have had to go through a couple of cleaning services because I have high expectations. I want someone cleaning my house as well as I would. I thought MB would be the answer.

On the positive side, Mandy is pleasant and kind. She came to clean three times before things started going wrong. She did a pretty good job with the cleaning but I found I couldn't count on her. One time she was sick. The next time her car broke down. And the third time she just never showed. Never called, texted, or contacted me in any way. After bailing on a job for the third time, I figured she was too unreliable. I found a fabulous replacement."
