"Mandy is amazing. We have never had a house cleaner before, and were a little wary. But Mandy and team changed the quality of our life! She's extremely communicative and trustworthy, and cleans like a pro. She uses environmentally safe products, which I appreciate as I have a young child and am also pregnant. She is easy to talk with, and someone you can really trust so that you can do what you need to do and stay out of their way. Within a few biweekly cleanings, we were letting her come while we were at work -- we left a spare set of keys and gave her a guest passcode for our house alarm. I couldn't imagine being comfortable doing this, being an urban girl whose family was obsessive about safety and crime. But I've never looked back.
We miss Mandy down here in FL, but I'm sure she's taking her excellence with her in NC. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
