I had to pay for the appliances and installation beforehand. It seemed like after they had your money, they didn’t care. Now, I am waiting for a refund for a dishwasher that hasn’t come. I realize it is a difficult time, but I was told several times that they could pick up the dishwasher. It makes one wonder if they went to other customers. My builder suggested them or I wouldn’t have used them. The installers were great once they arrived! An example of customer no service!"
