Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"

Finally got ahold of him to setup install and got stood up. The second time he finally showed up, but two shutters where the wrong size and one was the wrong color. I can handle delays and errors as long as they are communicated and corrected. John promised to correct the mistakes so I agreed to pay the remaining balance. Big mistake! We never heard from him again."
