Other than that I am very satisfied with the windows. We got EXACTLY what we wanted. We were very surprised that the price was so much less than we spent on window replacements in other homes in the past. I was very glad that they suggested side opening windows over the kitchen sink and bathroom, as it makes it so much easier to open! I would highly recommend these guys. I was not around during the install period but my husband said they were nice guys and had everything completed in 2 days, and most importantly worked with his sleeping schedule. I'm still having some problems. They did come back. I did have them come back twice and looked at it. They all said that it wasn't rotten wood. When they came and gave me the quote, they said that they were going to take down all the bad and rotten wood. What they kept telling me was that they didn't find any bad wood. A few months after they left, I had a leak around the windows. I still have that leak now. They came back and said it was because I needed to replace the windows. I know but some of that wood was in bad condition before they put the vinyl on top of the that wood. They were so kind and so nice. Their price seemed to have been fair. It was alright and it was good. Egress Window Service reviews from real Angi homeowners in Arlington, GA
I am an employee of a large fiber cement siding manufacturer and Perfection Roofing & Siding has been a long time installer of our products in the southeast. When it was time to replace the siding on my personal home, there was no better choice. Russ (owner) was extremely responsive and...
First I would like to say that my biggest complaint is that the person that came out to give us the estimate did not pay attention that we wanted FULL SCREENS for all windows, and he ended up writing up half screen, and we had to pay an additional $300.00 for full screens AFTER they already...

We manufacture Advanced Energy Panels (AEPs). AEPs are a retrofit for historic windows or any window people can't afford or don’t wish to replace. AEPs are interior window insulating panels and can be installed in any building –office, home or industrial. AEPs have a higher insulation and air sealing rating and provide greater comfort than most replacement windows, yet they are a fraction of the cost. AEPs are custom made to fit over existing openings, protecting, preserving and improving your existing windows.

FAQs for egress window service projects in Arlington, GA
The cost to install an egress window is $3,900 on average. This cost can be as low as $2,500 or as high as $5,300, depending on the window size, the number of egress windows installed, and the glass quality.
Double-pane windows average between $200 and $500per window, whereas single-pane windows are more cost-effective at $100 to $400. More luxurious triple-pane windows are more expensive, ranging from $300 to $800 on average.
It can take up to three days to install an egress window. The window installation team will typically spend the first two days excavating the land where the window will go. If you’re replacing an egress window, it will be spent cutting the foundational wall to accommodate the window, if needed. Often, a window inspection is required to verify that the window was sized and installed correctly.
An egress window is similar to a regular window. However, this type of window opens fully to allow people to escape the home or rescue personnel to enter the home if an emergency occurs. Egress windows are required in all finished basements before they can be considered a living space.
Not only does an egress window add value to your home, but it’s also a basement requirement in most areas. Egress windows offer a 70% return on investment, making them a worthwhile purchase and installation. In addition, most building codes require an egress window to be used as an emergency exit and entrance. Therefore, it is a necessary addition to meet building codes.
There are a few ways to save money on egress window installation. First, choosing pre-fabricated windows instead of custom windows can help dramatically reduce the overall cost. In addition, skipping window extras, like customized frames or window film, can help save money on the price tag without sacrificing the window itself. You should also shop around to multiple window installers to find the best installation deal without sacrificing the quality of the window.
