James sent two trucks and four guys to the house to solve the problem and they went to work immediately and were very courteous and professional. In addition to the original problem, they put a new kit in my kitchen faucet and replaced one of the spigots outside. James also came by to make sure everything was going smoothly and jumped in and helped. I must add, that James had a two hour window between jobs and worked me in between those. I can't say enough good things about their knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a plumbing job done right.

Plumber was very nice, courteous & knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Great service, a bit pricey. However, everything is expensive today!

Called for someone to come see why water was not coming out in shower. (Double Wide Mobile) Due to illness had not used shower in aprox 9 months. My daughter met plumber who looked and told her he had to replace faucets that dirt may have gotten in line. She asked for an estimate he told her office would call next day. He called next day to say he was on his way with new parts, she asked about estimate again and was told to call office. Office person was not prepared for estimate in mean time plumber arrived to do work. To recap I recieved a new set of PLASTIC faucets and hand held shower. ( Currently have had to use pc. of duct tape to hold part of shower spray on wall) Plumber was at house less than 2 hours in total for both trips. Recieved bill in mail almost 2 weeks later for $ 450.00. Bill paid but will never use again and have let all friends and co-workers aware of this poor over-priced (In my opinion) service.

We are very pleased with the work James Sizemore and his company did for us. They diagnosed the problem, came up with a plan, rerouted the plumbing to avoid the pipes that were blocked and cleaned up everything perfectly. I will definitely call them next time we need any plumbing related work.

We have used them several times before and was always satisfied this time they replaced a water line that went from our water main to our dishwasher and they did not properly attach it. What happened is about three weeks later my wife woke up about four in the morning to the sound of water running, which she thought was strange and went to check it out and the pipe had popped loose and was pouring water into our kitchen. It flooded the kitchen the hallway and all of the bedrooms. So we are looking for a contractor now to replace the floors.
